粤海涉外法律服务中心（以下简称“中心”）由粤海街道办事处设立，立足于湾区核心，是致力于构建全方位、普惠性涉外法律公共服务的专业平台。中心秉承“法治互鉴，专业链接”服务理念，汇聚北京大学国际法学院等顶尖学术力量，联动深圳国际仲裁院、深圳市蓝海法律查明和商事调解中心及南山公证处等权威实务机构，聚焦企业出海护航与居民涉外守护两大板块，搭建连接辖区主体与全球规则、权威法律资源的桥梁，助力优化营商环境并全方位增强辖区法治安全感。

Yuehai International Legal (hereinafter referred to as "the Center") is established by the Sub-district Office of Yuehai. Located at the heart of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, it is a professional platform dedicated to providing comprehensive and inclusive public legal services for foreign-related matters. Adhering to the service philosophy of "Mutual Learning in the Rule of Law, Professional Connection", the Center brings together top academic resources such as the Peking University School of Transnational Law, and collaborates with authoritative practical institutions including the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, Shenzhen Lanhai Center for Legal Discovery and Commercial Mediation, and Nanshan Notary Public Office. Focusing on two core areas: protection for enterprises going global and safeguard for residents’ foreign-related affairs, the Center acts as a bridge connecting local entities with global rules and authoritative legal resources, helping to improve the business environment and enhance the sense of legal security in the district.
